The Mechanic

Map: Steel Industry (similar to the hawkins laboratory, it would have a small second floor and the main floor divided into 2 areas, one with corridors and medium-sized rooms, and the foundry patio, with scrap metal, broken machines)

Weapon: Iridescent Wrench

Terror Radius and Movement Speed: Commom

Special Hability: Fulminating Mechanism: For each load of engines, earn 1 token to increase your power. If you have:

  • 1 Token: After damaging a generator, his the next skill check will be a Cursed Skill Check that has the following characteristics:

Fail: Same penalty + Survivors who were repairing the Generator in a Healthy State become injured; if they are already Injured, they enter the Dying State

Great Skill Check: Apply a 3% Regression Penalty

Good Skill Check: No progression bonus for Repair Actions

  • 3 Tokens: Whenever you hit a survivor, apply the Mangled Status Effect for 60 seconds.
  • 5 Tokens: Whenever you hit a survivor, apply the Deep Wound Status Effect
  • 7 Tokens: All survivors have the Broken Status Effect
  • 9 Tokens: It is not possible to progress generators or open exit doors, and the progression of both begins to gradually return. Windows and Exits are all blocked by spikes

In a trial against the mechanic, the match starts with 3 engines spread across the map. The mechanic and the survivors can always see the Engine's auras. Each engine works on 1 load automatically always from the start of the trial. Each engine can load a maximum of 3 loads. For each load, The Mechanic's Special Hability "Fulminating Mechanism" gains 1 token.

Engine Characteristics:

  • The first load of engines takes 20 seconds to load, the second 25 seconds and the third 30 seconds.
  • Survivors can regress engines with loads by working on them as if they were generators.
  • When a survivor manages to regress an engine, he loses 1 charge only. (for example, if he has 2 loads, he must return the second load first, and after that, he will be able to return the first load)
  • In order to regress a charge, survivors must work on it for: 12 seconds if they have one, 16 seconds if they have two and 20 seconds if they have three loads.
  • When regressing a load from an engine, the survivor will face 3 skill check if he has 1; 4 if he has 2 and 5 if he has 3 loads.
  • Fail Skill Check: The progression is completely returned and give the Killer a Loud Noise notification, showing them the Engine location.; Great Skill Check: Continues regression as normal; Good Skill Check: Speed up the return process in 2 seconds.
  • If a survivor cancels the regression of an Engine, the progress of the regression returns to the beginning.
  • As long as a survivor works on an Engine regression, loading the next Engine load is paused.
  • After returning an Engine Load, the time he had worked for the next Load is added to return this Load that was removed.
  • For each Load that an Engine loses when returned, pause the Load progression of that Engine for 3 seconds
  • The regression of a Engine can be faster with the use of a Toolbox
