I prefer situational perks
I know every time a chapter comes out, everyone is always interested in the perks to see if there is possibility of the meta changing. I personally enjoy perks that are not guaranteed use every game.
In my opinion situational perks make the game more challenging and fun.
Now, with that being said. This work better for survivor than killer. Playing survivor you're more relax than playing killer. However, I still enjoy these kinds of perk when playing killer.
Here are some perk builds that I have tried out. Some of these perks are not situational but they might not be used a lot.
Survivor
Unbreakable, Tenacity, Flip - Flop, Boil Over (My personal favorite)
Saboteur, Breakout, Mettle of Man, Second wind.
Killer
Territorial imperative, Make your Choice, Iron Maiden, Barbecue & Chili ( Meta perk) It's a great combo with Iron though
Hex Haunted ground, Devour Hope, Hex the third seal, Hex Retribution

you're right, situational perks are funnier than most of the meta perks, i think they're effects are original, but i feel forced to use meta perks if i don't want to be tunneled to death at the beginning of the game as survivor, as killer i feel forced to use only PGTW ,BBQ and other metas if i don't want genrushers. because of that i really want some meta changing perks

I know it's easier said than done but move on to the next match. Doesn't matter which side you're playing on.

Situational perks are fun because they have a pay-off. The problem is you could run something like Unbreakable for 10 games and only use it in 1. You're gambling that the situation will ever come up and it just feels bad seeing a perk slot go unused all match imo.
So personally I stick to perks I know I will get to use every game. But damn if it doesn't feel good when your niche build pays off :)

I like the idea of situational perks, however, the problem is that if a perk is situational then the effect needs to be extremely strong to match its situational chance. Most of the games situational perks are way too weak in the situations they arrive to warrant their situational use.
If we look down the perk list we should see the strongest/gaming swinging effects on the situational perks, but that's just not the case. The most game swinging effects we have in the game are on perks that are hardly situational at all, hence why they're meta.
Perks should be situational but strong, or happen regularly but with an average effect.
