    Also some killers have special abilities like the Doc who does interesting things while their in there terror radius. Also some perks aid a big terror radius as well.

    Basically just gives information to solo players.
    You are on a gen, the Killer downs a survivor. You hear no heartbeat currently. The Killer picks them up, then you get a medium heartbeat. Now you know not to get downed on the same side of the map as the basement because the Killer has Agitation.

    Mostly to stress out new players, and to tell everyone "Hey look, I have Agitation, bodyblocking is probably useless"
