Hackers need to be banned.

Yup, they're removing all rules that go against cheaters and hackers.
They might even just increase their BP gain. 😋

What rules against cheaters and hackers? That's the problem, there aren't any and people are still doing it because the devs wont ban them.

It's not that no one cares about hackers, its that you didn't elaborate at all.
What hackers are you referring to? Killers? Survivors? In what ways were they hacking? Was there something that prompted this post? Is it a consistent problem for you?
Call me lucky, but in my ~650 hours of DbD, I've only encountered maybe one person, who I can say was hacking, and even then, I'm pretty sure it was a glitch rather than a hack.

Been seeing more and more recently. Having someone go down only to sink into the floor and heal two health states. Walking through solid objects, outrunning a 115 killer on a straight away by a large margin. They've got everything these days.

I successfully got 3 hackers banned, so I can't relate.

How do you know they got banned?

You report them, you save their steam profile, then the devs e-mail you like "we're looking into this matter" and if you go to their steam profile thye usually have a "1 game ban on record, 0 days ago".

I report hackers and never get an email.

This is the only way you'll get an e-mail, all the other times you'll just have to assume they have banned the players.
Notice how the player was banned 16 days ago and I was replied to 16 days ago. I'm honestly getting sick of people assuming the devs aren't banning people when they very obviously are I just don't understand what you expect to see as proof they're banning people? They're getting thousands of tickets weekly, and probably tens of thousands of in game reports daily too, it's a lot to go through.

They probably have to spend a good chunk of time wading through reports for teabagging, tunnelling etc
