Aye i am spirit main rank 1 recently and i am pretty good at chasing&mind games&predicting either though when i get my first hook there 2 gens done in general. And i get 1k - 2k usually, i am trying to patrol all gens and injure survivors to slow game down but it is really frustrating, they are keep doing gens and adrenaline etc getting healed so quickly.I never ever had trouble in purple and other ranks for god's sake i used to get 4 kill all time but this red ranks makes me feel frustrated as hell... any advices? Or does this normal a thing in red ranks?

A. It's pretty normal.
B. Here's my build: Devour, Infectious Fright, BBQ, and STBFL.

How many kills do you get in general in red ranks?

That's a good build. I'm a Spirit Main on PS4. Rank 1.
That's a really good build. Try Corrupt as well.
1 -
Sorry but that's a terrible build.
devour is just a big gamble
infectious is good on killer that can snow ball aka killer that can one shot, spirit ain't that.
bbq is what ever
stbfl is for killer that walk, you don't walk you use your power to hit them.
Before you ask, yes i have a better build
Stridor, Sloppy, Pop, Nurses
also good are bbq and m&a
also also if you struggle in early game, discordance or corrupt intervention are your friends

If youre a proper rank 1 Spirit you would average a 3k. Your build looks pretty bad and when you talk about "mind gaming" with as Spirit this shows youre not really good at all, cause there is no way to mind game any way.

I agree with that; personally I don't go into any red rank killer games without corrupt since the ruin nerf. Having 2-3 people spawn on top of generators and begin working on them within 5 seconds of a match starting is just crippling even to the strongest killers in the game. It basically guarantees you will lose a gen for your first chase unless you absolutely body the survivor (which spirit can do). It doesn't buy you much time, but it buys you time during your weakest stage of the game as a killer (3 survivors on gens, with you chasing 1).
This is probably my favorite low-economy spirit build. You spawn in, find your first chase immediately, and can start regressing gens and applying pressure from there. I don't play her without stridor since there's typically 2-3 iron wills a game at red ranks and it can be hard to hear footsteps if there is chase music in the background. I used to use monitor but whispers lets you just jump straight onto a generator with almost warning anyways.

yes i'm not the biggest fan of whispers because I usually forget about it but it's a good build.

So you are saying that you are getting at least 3k on your every game in rank 1?

My personal build is BBQ, Nurse's Calling, Sloppy, and M&A.
You can definitey replace M&A with a slowdown perk if that is your preference, but I find that Sloppy does just fine.

Rank doesn't mean anything; the matchmaking will technically give you the same survivors starting at rank 5 (in theory it's a 4 rank band).
If kills are your only goal, i'd just use agitation + iron grasp + NOED and hard camp the basement. You can get a 3-4k depip/black pip from camping, or a 1-2k pip from a normal game. It just depends what your goals are.

I'm sorry.....WHAT?
lol Infectious Fright is great for killers, it pings the survivors location and with Spirit you can't tell if she's phasing or not if your location has been pinged. #########? That's a free hit with Spirit.
Devour Hope is great because she applies so much damn pressure survivors forget about the totem.
And STBFL is great on ANY killer except Nurse and Huntress. A faster M1 recharge time is less time wasted on charging your Phase Walk.

Average? Probably 3.
I don't keep track atp.

My build is all about synergy. There is a massive amount of snowball potential in my build.
Also, BBQ is top tier.
Also, Stridor is a hinderance. It's bad for you.

I‘m a survivor main on rank 1 and I hate to go against spirits with stridor, cause there is no way for a counter if you get the first hit.
The most good spirits run:
bbq + stridor + sloppy + ... maybe discordance, pop, noed, nurses or corrupt intervention

Just keep at it mate. I know it can be rough but you'll get better.

Personal Build i'd recommend as another Rank 1 Spirit main would be: BBQ/Thrilling tremors, Sloppy Butcher, Nurses Calling, Pop/Surge.
Personal Add-on reconmendations would be: Activation Speed and Duration, or Yakuyoke amulet and the green speed add-on.
The way I use & do well with her, is to get the first down and hook as quick as possible, then do hit-&-runs. If you're chasing someone, try to get them injured, but if you see someone healing with Nurses, or if they blow up a gen, break away with your phase and go for them. If it's someone who was recently hooked though, slug them and walk away, but look back from time to time. Moment you see a healer, look away and go into phase then head back to put pressure on two or even three survivors. You want to use your phase to keep them guessing on who you're going after.
Reasons for the perks:
BBQ/Thrilling: A way to find your next target after a hook is definitely needed, they both do the same job. Quicker you find someone else to go after, quicker you can put the pressure on. BBQ can just be for them smexy points though.
Sloppy and Nurses: These two are a combo and the main way you can do the hit-&-run tactics I reccomend. Sloppy makes em heal longer, Nurses lets you see them from outside your terror radius.
Pop/Surge: Gen control. Even a killer like Spirit needs it. Pop is a reliable combo with Thrilling/BBQ, just go to the gen being worked on and pop it then chase, but Surge can also be pretty reliable to tell you what gen could be being worked on nearby. You can go check out a gen popped by surge and maybe even get another survivor to chase before you hook the first one.
Reason for the Add-ons:
Activation and Duration combo: One of the more consitent combos, even the common versions are useful. Activation speed lets you go into phase and use the massive speed boost much quicker. Duration add-ons, while increasing how long you can travel for, also increase how quickly you can get your power back. If you use the full 5 seconds normally, it'd take 15 seconds to get your power back, but if you use 5 seconds with a duration add-on then you get your power back in 10 or so seconds. Basically means you can use your power quicker and more often.
Yakuyoke Amulet and green speed add-on: Amulet has the above mentioned benefit of not only giving more time, but also better recovery and the green speed add-on counters the reduced speed of the amulet completely.
The reason for why I DON'T use Stridor or recommend it like so many others, would be because it's too unreliable. Stridor is bugged, meaning it can make people have Iron-Will when they don't have it, and sometimes doesn't make people with iron will louder at all. Seeing as Stridor is pretty needed with the Mother-Daughter Ring too, I'd say don't use that either. If Stridor makes people louder more consitently, I HIGHLY suggest using it with the Ring and Amulet combo.

I see spirits usually use sloppy and stridor, so start using them if you're not already. Kinda obvious why, you want to find survivors that are injured easily even if they have iron will, and you want them to stay injured so sloppy is great for slowing down the game, because everyone will be trying to get healed or else they die.

Same here. Build works quite well.

Ok so, spirit takes time when survivors actually play vs her properly, you need to visualize where survivors are likely to go and try to cut them off for instance at windows , also stridor is never a bad idea, so many people run iron will due to its universal effectiveness against all but 1 killer (plague) and scratches are terribly inconsistant to the point of a hindrance. Stbfl is good for hyper agro play so long as your ok with the down side, sloppy is a generally good perk for wasting their time because people will def heal vs spirit, nurses is nice due to her smaller tr, honestly spirit is able to use just about anything because her power is what gets her through her matches the most..all the best killers share this quality, after that it's all up to muscle memory and practice

synergy? tell me about it because I can't see it. also having synergy doesn't automatically mean that it's good.
bbq is top tier? on billy yes, on spirit no.
how is stridor bad? it literally counters the strongest survivor perk iron will.

You may not see the synergy, but try it. It's a fantastic build.
BBQ is top tier on every killer. This isn't an argument.
Iron will isn't the strongest survivor perk, and Stridor hurts you by distorting the distance of survivor sounds. It's both bad when it's on and bad when it's off, since going from playing with Stridor to playing without it is difficult.
