Legion can't vault the carriage on Father Cambell's Chapel while in feral frenzy

I'm playing on PC, was playing Legion on Father Campbell's Chapel, was chasing a survivor and... Tried vaulting the one vault on the carriage next to the horse, the survivor used it just fine but I tried twice in a row and it wouldn't work while I was feral frenzy. I didn't think to test it with a regular vault since there was no gens unpopped near it. So I'm assuming its just busted only for feral frenzy.

It's not only with the carriage, every second-story window is bugged for Legion, however the devs acknowledged the issue.
