I'm not sure what is the difference of Buffing & a Quality of life update

    QoL updates improve responsiveness, controls and basically smooths animations. “Changed the legion’s vault to have no stutter after vaulting.”

    Buffs are just making something stronger. “Decreased the time it takes to vault as legion (1.5 seconds to 0.8).”
