[PC] - Major Lag for Killer When Using Doctor's Static Blast
Every time I play Doctor and use his special ability combined with another game event (pallet drop, generator popping, survivor screaming etc.) I get massive lag that makes my game stop to a screeching halt and stutter immensely. Sound typically continues on but video goes frame by frame and even makes the RGB on my mouse pad slow down. Typically takes at least a couple of seconds, which drastically cuts down on my ability to follow up in a chase. Recently was playing on Haddonfield, but has also happened on Hawkins National Laboratory.

Perks: Monitor and Abuse, Overcharge, Discordance, i think Barbecue and Chili

STEPS TO RECREATE:
Step 1: Boot the game, play as killer in a public match
Step 2: In-game, chasing a survivor around a pallet, use Static Blast
Step 3: Static Blast goes off, survivor drops pallet - lag begins
Step 4: Through lag, go to break pallet - video begins to slow down, sound continues
Step 5: Lag, wait few seconds for game to catch up
Again, this has happened a few times before on other maps with various addons, so it doesn't seem to be situational.
