New killer idea?

I was watching some cheesy horror movies tonight, and i watched THE MUMMY with brendan frasier. I was thinking itd be cool if you had a killer like Imohtep where you each time you hook/kill a survivor you get more powerful. Like your swing or your killer power gets more powerful.

If it was Imohtep you could have a teleporting power or like a trap that spins the survivor if the step on it. Its kind of a dumb idea since this killer would be really weak in the start of the game, and might not be powerfil the entire game compared to Spirit and Hillbilly.
