Strongest killer (with a catch)?
If you consider ALL perks and ALL addons, who are the strongest killers? Basically any build and addon combo. For good measure you can give a map where the build and strategy works best.
I mean iri huntress with belt is crazy, but a really large map can make it weaker.
I’ve seen some pretty crazy games with a pinky finger clown, play with your food bubba, or basement demogorgon that seem to make counterplay nonexistent and dominance swift.
ok for a top 3 or 5! Anywhere from broken OP to just ridiculously strong with almost no counter play.
2 I think are up there (plague was before buff!)

Plague with Black Incense is borderline unfair but the survivors don’t really know it til the end.
Huntress with Iri Heads and Belt is very strong. Survivors to this day straight DC.
Spirit with Mother Daughter Ring and Yamoake Amulet is very strong. Ten seconds moving at double survivor speed and recovery stays at 14 seconds for the full ten secs of use.

Spirit with MDR and YA. Detection and genslow perks.
Nurse with both CD addons. Detection and utility perks.
That's about it. Iri huntress is annoying, but not as strong as those two builds.

No one said it, but Insta-saw Billy.
(Edit: To clarify it's straight overkill)

Huntress with iridescent head and the belt is stupidly overpowered and needs a nerf in my opinion. Nurse with I'm all ears and tracking perks would come second. Myers would come 3rd just for that tombstone.

1) Huntress. Like the person above me said, Iridescent Head and Infantry Belt is stupidly strong. Doesn't matter what perks you have, if you can aim somewhat decently, you have almost guaranteed a victory.
2) Freddy. Red Paint Brush, Swing Chains, Thanatophobia, Pop Goes The Weasel, Thrilling Tremors and Dying Light makes the game go to a crawl, even after the Swing Chains nerf. However, he still is weaker than Huntress in this state because he doesn't have instant-downs.
3) Spirit. Super speed while phasing with Stridor and Whispers gives her amazing chase potential and decent map presence. However, people still can hear the phasing when outside of the TR, and she doesn't get much real slowdown, so I put her below Freddy and Huntress.
4) Myers. He's the only Killer that can guarantee he snaps people out of existence without hooking them, but he still takes a while to do so. But if he gets Infinite T3 + Tombstone and 3 stacks of PWYF before the last gen pops, you're 100% screwed, even if you run into a locker.
5) Hillbilly. If you use chase perks and tracking perks, you basically have everything an optimal Killer needs. Easy chases, map pressure, fast Kills, everything. However, he still could be powered through.

This and Iri Head Huntress are ridiculous.

I think I have to agree with all these... definitely.

I don't know about being one of the strongest killer combo's, but I've never seen someone properly used Legion's Iridescent button add-on.
My combo is:
Add-ons : Cold Dirt, Iridescent Button
Perks: Enduring, Spirit Fury, Bamboozle, Pop Goes The Weasel
If you're already good with chasing as a M1 killer, this build helps speed up chases. I focus on making the survivor I'm chasing drop the pallet as early as possible in a loop, toggle my power and vault over it, which will then break the pallet and add to SF's counter, then instantly cancel the power and resume the chase. Bamboozle improves my vaulting speed, even over the pallets, and Pop is general gen slow-down.
Overall, definitely not the best build for killer, but it can work.

Nurse with Kavanagh's Last Breath/Fragile Wheeze (omega blink) is still insane. It just comes down to how mechanically sound you are with her.
Plague with Black Incense and M+A is S tier.
