Do you like Dead By Daylight?
Why Yes, I absolutely love this. Not only the roster huge and immense but I also get to make new friends , rivals and enemies. The amount of competition in this game to reach the top leader board (that doesn't exist) is truly a godsend! The uniqueness of each character and their specific lore and how they fit in with their killer they are probably introduced is splendid. The massive amount of grinding hurts but it is worth the effort. 😁
Not only I get amounts of praises from actual good players and streamers, but I also attract the bad and evil ones :) for just being good?

I can't really show the positive ones as they prefer to be silenced from the crowd and just like playing with me.

I love DBD as do you. It takes me away from the real world, the things I experience, it allows me to forget.
Recently I've been seeing alot more praise than in the past. It's great to be honest. I enjoy seeing them.

Considering I have been at BHVR since 2013, I am late to the party. I first played Aug 2018. I was immediately struck by how hardcore the game is and the richness of its audio presentation. Try to imagine this game with half-assed voice work on the screams; it would just not be the same.
As the hours I've played have risen over 1,000, I have continued to enjoy playing it despite working on it 40 hours a week. It's great to see others like the game as well; we make the game for you.

Damn , all the efforts you have putten have payed off. As a student in voice-acting, I have to say voice work on screams are not easy as you tend to have to match throat, cheek and nasal methods.
No worries, even if all goes tough, me and some other players would gladly still support your teams creation (game) as much as possible.

Sometimes? sometimes the game is very unfun or gets boring if you play to much due to the nature of the some repetitive game play mechanics. Right now i enjoy it off and on but with some things being poorly balance theres times where i just get fed up and stop playing for months

Same same , I recently got back into the game for like a 4 month hiatus because I felt like I was putting too much pressure into the game to keep my Rank 1.
Other than that , farming no for prestige is annoying as heck but efforts are payed , sometimes. (Even though it does nothing except give a bloody clothing)

idk rank 1 isn't hard to get to for me on both surv and killer, thats why i care little about rank in this game because it means almost nothing, theres plenty of potatos in red ranks that don't belong there, just how there use to be tons of good players in lower ranks there to just bully the killer before the rank changes

Dead by Daylight is a really fun game. There's different ways to play and just as many ways to die. Obviously there's unfairness and obnoxious gameplay, with toxic players and exploits. But I still think it's one of the best asymmetrical games out there.

I barely care for rank either once I hit rank 1 it doesn't matter if I go down back to 3,4,5 or 6 for even that matter. I will only be lucky If I get a merciless if the players are a bunch of toxic skrubs or just plain old potatoes.

I have a love hate relationship with the game.
I really like what it offers and the amalgamation of horror franchises it has become, there's nothing like in the market. And this is where I draw my issues from. There's no direct competition, thus I believe they get away with way more things then I think they actually would, were there any real alternative to the game .

Yes. But it's ridiculously frustrating sometimes. I've been trying to get my 12 unhooks challenge done. Except you can't unhook people if the killer refuses to hook them.

Everything that tries has died/ failed to compete.
Evolve, F13, Predator, RE Resistance, Last Year and even Bhvr's own game Deathgarden failed to come anywhere near DbD in terms of player count and success.
DbD is the WoW of it's genre competition exists some decent it just can't get close to DbD

Small nitpick: Evolve was not trying to compete against DbD, it was an older game that had failed all on its own well before DbD was even launched.

Always happy to see when artists/collaborators/team members truly love their craft and can engage in it actively. :3 I LOVE DbD because it's something I feel the Horror fans always wanted and needed but never quite got. It's like what I imagine Super Smash Bros. is for gamers or big comic events are for their readers, etc. We got Jason vs Freddy years back but something like this is just fresh and fun. Lore is a big deal to me and I appreciate the work that goes into it. Also happy with character and map design and I enjoy the abilities and powers of each Killer. Hoping this will become a very long lived title(series)!

I still love DBD. I started playing the game around the time the Demise of the Faithful chapter came out, and I wouldn't have stuck with it since had I not thoroughly enjoyed my experiences. The Ash vs. Evil Dead DLC was the first time where the developers truly dropped the ball for me though, and in my opinion it remains the worst DLC ever released. MoM almost made me quit the game, that's how bad it was.
The content that's been released since then has been significantly better, in the sense that I always had something good to say about it, which is more than could be said about the Ash DLC. Ghostface is a very good killer, Demogorgon is quite unique and interesting, I'm always happy to see a Nancy, Steve, or Yui on my team, Deathslinger changes up the rules in a way that makes survivors think twice about their actions, and the Silent Hill chapter was something I never knew I wanted in DBD.
Overall, I'm happy with the things that are good in this game. It's far from perfect, but there are very few games like it. I'm interested to see where DBD can go from here.

Generally speaking, I love DBD. I love all the different potential builds and play styles you can get out of the different killers or items, perks on both sides and add ons.
However, what I'm currently not loving is the Bloodweb and Plague. Bloodweb because I'm trying to put together a gimmicky "Use what you find" build on Nea featuring Streetwise and Plunderers. My bloodwebs have not been cooperating. Now... I don't want any of her perks in anyone else's bloodweb. I know BL is pretty good, but none of them fit my play style outside of this one gimmick build. I've gotten her to level 33 and... wouldn't you know it... Teachable Balanced Landing keeps coming back. I DO NOT WANT IT and the fact that it keeps coming back is making it extra difficult to get Plunderers or finish ranking Streetwise and annoys me maybe more than it should. I am very much hoping that when she hits level 35 I don't start having both teachable BL and teachable... whatever her level 35 perk is as permanent fixtures on her bloodwebs because that will make it nearly impossible to finally put this build together.
Plague... with Plague... you better hope you didn't want to either heal or be stealthy, because against her once your sick that just straight up isn't happening ever. Also her power is just... straight up beyond gross.

I have a bitter sweet love for this game.
LOVE: The game is very cool, and the idea is amazing and the company did very well. competition is there.
HATE: Matchmaking is garbage.
SWF is stupid strong and makes matchmaking even worse.
Gen rushing is so stressful.
Toxic community, like any online game.
Bad ranking system sometimes.
FLASHLIGHT STUN COMBO EVERYWHERE.

i dont really now tbh, is like a toxic relation, u like it sometimes and u dont others, so is kinda hard to understand, well probably not since you all play the game anyway. i guess is fun when u play with friends and extremely unfun when u play solo wich tends to make the game unfun to me, reason why i dont play solo survivor anymore so i can keep my mental sanity. i enjoy playing killer awswell winning most of my matches in rank 1 but there is gonna be one day where it just appears a 4 man that is just too good so coordinated that you are gonna sweat your ass in order to win or to just get 2 kills at best, i mean safe pip game. dont get me wrong i like challenges but i dont like to sweat my ass in order to stand a chance like sometimes it happens because sometiems it feels like there as nothing you could have done, even if is not normal to me by any mean being in those kind of situations it happens sometimes.

Not so much anymore.
Waiting 30+ minutes for a match just to camped and tunneled kills the game for me.
It wouldn't be so bad if matchmaking wasn't so ######### awful!

I love it. I'm a huge horror movie nerd and being able to play as my favorite on screen killer is amazing. On top of that, i's my most played game this generation next to PUBG.
Sure it has its bugs and issues but I always enjoy my time spent playing.
