Ranking system

so, i'm rank 3 and get punished for it, literally the ranking and matchmaking system are more of a punishing system for playing the game, more than 70% of the games that i play as killer are against REALLY skilled players and sweaty survivors, which it isnt fun to go against, so, with that stated, why is there not like an actual ranked queue? if this game is supposed to be casual the actual system is not doing it's job properly in my opinion, maybe add another queue? like, "Casual Game" and "Ranked Game" where in the casual queue i dont get "elo" and in the ranked queue i get elo, i think that this might help a bit but obviously will not solve the problem completely. if that's the case, maybe try to do a matchmaking according to the user playtime which means 100hrs players play with 100hrs players, i'd love this to be implemented but still don't know what this would lead to, any opinions?

I really don't get it much either. First it was on reset you go back to at minimum 10. Now it's barely a change to your rank which people complained a lot about having to deal with very skilled players. Currently it feels like it's completely random at times the ranks as rank 19s are being paired with red ranks and such since if you actually play the game a bit for a "season" you'll easily be in green or purple ranks and you won't derank past 1 color.
