REINICIO DE ORDENADOR AL ENCENDER DBD

Hola buenas mi nombre es Max,

El ordenador se reinicia en la pantalla de inicio de dead by daylight, justo cuando tienes que tocar un botón para entrar al menú.

He visto que le está pasando a mucha gente y no encuentro solución a esto por más que busco y busco...

Me lleva pasando desde hace muchos meses, he formateado varias veces el ordenador, he mirado las rams, he mirado temperaturas, he mirado la fuente de alimentación, he verificado la caché del juego, lo he instalado y reinstalado 200 veces.. No hay manera de jugar.

Compré bastantes DLC por que me gustaba mucho este juego pero resultar que no he podido aprovecharlo nada.

No sé.. veo que le pasa a bastante gente pero no hay una solución, no hay una explicación, no hay nada.. Necesito ayuda ya que quiero traer este tipo de juego como contenido de mi canal de Twitch.

Sólo me pasa en este juego (Soy streamer y juego a muchos juegos... Solo me pasa aquí...) y siempre pasa en el mismo punto de carga... Justo cuando tienes que tocar un botón para acceder al menú.

In terms of your question (if you feel comfortable speaking in English), please go to the Technical Issues section of the forums (https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/technical-issues), since they should be able to help you out. My best guess is to re-install, but since you've tried that I don't know. It could be your hardware isn't up to scratch?
