I understand Lisa's legendary and even Alyssa's skin not being changeable, but why is her fresh start skins non-interchangable?

    Yeah that's odd to me. Maybe the license holders were against it? Can't see why they would be though.

    Maybe so people can't cherry pick and made to buy the whole outfit?
