Unbreakable Used Before Soul Guard?

So if you run both Unbreakable and Soul Guard it seems UB is used up first and can't be used again. I believe this should be reversed. ANy thoughts?

    Nah, UB is already buffing soul guard, and except for Devour Hope SG is better than the hex that powers it, so its current state is fine.

    However Unbreakable is not a prerequisite for SG. And it doesn't make sense for a perk that only works once to be unnecessarily consumed. It should use SG initially.
