Bug with The Executioner's Cages

Issue: Ocassionally the cages The Executioner puts survivors in appears elevated above the ground and you can not save survivors in said cage if this happens
Unfortunately I think the bug is random/map specific and i do not know how to replicate it. It originally happened on one of the hill's on Mount Ormond Resort.
On top of this, i dont know exactly how frequently this happens but it is fairly game breaking as there is no way to escape the box if this happens.
