User interface and icons way too big

Hi everyone, this is my first post here, I'm sorry if someone have created similar discussion but I havent found it.

English is not my native language so let me try to explain my problem(italian forum discussion is almost dead).

I've about 300hours on the game and enjoyed It, my problem is the new patch graphics restyling for layout and in game skill check, guys seems that I'm playing on a 640x480 screen,very too big icons, I have used 4k native resolution since buyed it and I was fine with the resolution. Please tell me that there is a way to resume the resolution before the last patch, really i feel very uncomfortable with the new size,I can't play with 30% off the screen covered with the new size.
