XB1 - Oni's Passive Recharge Reaches 100% But Cannot Trigger Blood Fury.

Step 1: Play as Oni
Step 2: Obtain power by hitting survivors or absorbing blood orbs.
Step 3: Allow passive recharge rate to complete the power gauge.
Step 4: Blood Fury will be available, but you cannot activate it.
Step 5: Hit a survivor (preferably healthy) to allow you to activate Blood Fury.
I do not have a video, but this bug should be fairly easy to replicate. The bug happens every time you allow the passive recharge rate to fill up the power gauge.
