I'm on PC, and this is very easily exploitable, especially since I can consistently pull it off. You can stand atop the door in the courtyard, right under the massive hole in the second story wall.
Only ranged attacks can hit you, unless the killer goes through the hole and smacks you on the way down. Even then, they can not pick you back up, and being put into dying didn't knock me off. There's plenty of time to heal/unbreakable on this door, only a Huntress can nullify it.
As fun as it is to be safe here, it needs to be patched.
