Small Red Herring QoL Change

Right now, you need to work on a gen for 3s to activate Red Herring. I propose a little timer on the perk to show how fast it activates. Head On recently got a QoL change just like this a while back, so you know what to expect. The perk doesn't really change or is buffed, it's just nice to have. Thoughts?

    Seems a little bit unnecessary...but wont hurt the perk so why not
