Are lobby search times increased for killer mains?
It may just be my game but I feel like finding a lobby as killer is taking much much longer than normal.
Did everyone who plays survivor mains stop and switch for the new killer? I feel like being a survivor main you could care less about playing the new killer and more about countering him.
Are the search times longer for survivors too?
(I play on xbox one)

Give it a few days, it’ll die down. With PyramidHead being released less than 24 hours ago for console, many people are hitting him up.

I'm currently watching Umbra's stream, and her killer wait times are very long.

I'm actually getting into lobbies faster as a survivor now. Used to be the opposite. Killer is definitely slower for me now, too.

Yes.
And I'd say most people aren't 100% <side>-exclusive mains, but rather simply play one side more than the other. And while a really interesting and/or fun survivor perk could make killer-preferring players play more survivors if it's right up their alley, the effect is far more pronounced with a new killer.

Issue is twofold:
- more killers trying to get games due to PH being released.
- a lot of people, survivors included, haven’t been playing as much lately due to the bugs and issues with the new map and game as a whole

Yes, because every poser non-killer main is playing killer.
My wait times have increased at first, but I have a tiny secret that put me on top of the waiting list every single time.
My wait times are about 20 seconds. On PC. And no it's not an exploit, before I get yelled at.

If it wasn't an exploit, you wouldn't not tell people. Unless you're using a VPN.

What about letting people play what they want? If someone is a Survivor Main they are also allowed to play Killer. Or are those evil Survivor Mains increasing your queue times?
On PC, Killer Queue Times increased, but this is logical due to the new Chapter. Survivor Queues are instant/very fast (even in the evening).

Since the update, killer waiting times are way longer, but survivor times are nearly instant. And not only for one night, thats almost 3 days now. Very strange
