What DLCs should you get? (Killer Edition)

Before this begins, if I say no to a specific DLC, that does not mean it's a bad one. It's just based on my personal experience being a killer main with their perks, their power, etc. These are killers only, not survivors.
THE SHAPE - Worth it!
- Perks:
- Play With Your Food is a fairly good perk which pairs well with Nemesis. It's quite underrated in my opinion and can truly help. Just an all around balanced and great perk.
- Save the Best For Last is one of the best perks in the game for killer if I'm being completely honest. It can work almost universally on every killer with a balanced tradeoff of ignoring the Obsession similar to PWYF.
- Dying Light is not a good perk due to the 33% progression benefit to the Obsession and is not that good of a perk overall, but the other two perks are fantastic and compensate for this dud.
Perk Verdict: 8/10
- Evil Within is a solid power, making Michael a higher tier killer (not on the same level as Spirit or Freddy, but still a higher tier killer). The power itself is pretty fun as well, and the addons can make things crazy fun. I'd suggest getting Michael alone for his power because it can really spook survivors and it's very rewarding. It's not the most fun power, but it is for sure very powerful and fits perfectly with the character.
Power Verdict: 8/10
- Killer Appearance
- Even though it is a licensed killer, The Shape is a truly terrifying killer design wise. Along with the addition of his power, Michael Myers is truly the blank, and truly evil killer he's been personified to be. He is one of the only killers in the game who can personally scare me when playing as survivor, and you're in third person! He doesn't even need a complex design to be scary, he is just a really well designed horror movie killer.
Appearance Verdict: 10/10
Overall Verdict: 9/10 - "You should totally get him!"
THE LEGION - Maybe or no.
- Perks:
- Discordance is probably the best perk out of the bunch, and possibly the only one worth running. It's a really good information perk and I run it on various killers, just an all around solid information perk that is worth getting. However, with the other perks being lackluster, you might as well wait for it in the Shrine.
- Mad Grit is a good perk on paper, but you won't really use it that much in execution. It's just a perk that isn't that bad on its own but it is very situational and usually not worth the perk slot with other perks in the game. It's good for basement builds, and that's pretty much it. Very situational.
- Iron Maiden is wasted potential to be completely honest. The only killer it really suits is Huntress and that's the opening lockers faster trait alone. The other part of it is generally useless and even more situational than Mad Grit, and if it needs to be more useful, it needs to modify the Exposed effect you get from lockers. The goal of it seemed to make lockers useless, but with how weak it is, it doesn't matter.
Perk Verdict: 4/10
- Feral Frenzy... how do I begin? It's gone through a ton of changes and all, but at the bottom of it, it's just a repetitive power. It has some fun to it, especially when you first start playing Legion. Other than that, it just gradually becomes a repetitive bloodpoint generator. The extra speed and such seems really fun at first, but even though the purpose of it is to spread the damage, a lot of the fun value is sucked out of it. The power itself is only powerful when paired with the right perks as well, and compared to some other powers, it isn't that good.
Power Verdict: 4/10
- Killer Appearance
- As my friend put it, The Legion just looks like a kid running around in a Halloween costume. The customization options are really cool with them and you can look badass, but scary? No. So pretty much, you can make yourself look really cool as the Legion, but not really scary at all.
Appearance Verdict: 4/10
Overall Verdict: 4/10 - "Not really, I only got it for the bloodpoints."
I will continue with more later on!
THE DOCTOR - Sure.
- Perks:
- Overcharge isn't that good and higher skill players can easily hit it, but if you're starting out and against lower ranks, you will definitely find use out of it. It's not really a bad perk but it's not really a good perk, just sort of in between.
- Monitor & Abuse is a very solid perk and especially good on other killers. This is probably the Doctor's best perk and is extremely effective on killers with smaller terror radii or ones with custom chase music. Just an overall good perk, not that good on him, but really good on specific killers.
- Overwhelming Presence is an okay perk but just one that's not worth a perk slot. Similar to Mad Grit as it's good on paper, but most people won't be using it in their execution.
Perk Verdict: 5/10
- Carter's Spark is similar to Legion because it's a bloodpoint gain, but it's actually fairly fun and is at its core, a very informational power. The addons, similar to Myers, can be game changing with the power due to how unique it is. It isn't the most fun or powerful power, but it is just a nice one that goes with the Doctor. Not something that's extremely special to play, but not that bad. It's still repetitive, but you don't really get too bored with it (or as bored as you get with Legion's power).
Power Verdict: 6/10
- Killer Appearance
- The Doctor honestly just has a brilliant design, and especially accompanied by his custom chase music, is just a really well designed killer. Even the Doctor by his default customization is scary, and the customization can be very nice on him as well. Just a really great job with his design. His little giggles are pretty cool too.
Appearance Verdict: 8/10
Overall Verdict: ~6/10 - "I had some fun with him!"
