Pyramidhead's last breath?
Had a game against triangle boi who had Trail of Torment+Deathbound (maybe others, I do not know) but as you can see in the endgame screen, the killer shows as nurse.
I've heard that if you switch last minute, you might avoid correct gametips on screen but would this also occur? Is this a glitch?

It's a glitch due to last-second switching that you can technically abuse (exploit) to your advantage.
EDIT: Since people are asking how you could exploit this...
Imagine you're cheating to get the same effects as one or more perks without actually equipping them. You can just defend yourself by saying it's a glitch (which is technically true).

I'm gonna go with no on that. It only affects the end screen, also i wouldn't last second switch if survivors would stop cheating and exploiting the issue that allows them to see what killer i am. Have fun using calm spirit against my Nurse, or stacking medkits against my legion/plague you thought was an oni.
