Unbreakable & Soul Guard Issue

Why does the game prioritize consuming Unbreakable over utilizing Soul Guard when cursed by a Hex Totem? Imo it should be reversed.

    Probably because unbreakable is set by default so its that way before you even load into the map, soul guard however is likely to load last because it has to check for the hex totem requirements. that would be my guess, i dont really see the need to run both though as unbreakable is strong enough and there are alot of better perks id rather run over the small chance ill get slugged with a hex up

    There was a thread during the PTB where someone tested this and said Soul Guard took priority over Unbreakable. Weird if they changed it on purpose.

    I just had a game where Soul Guard prevented Unbreakable from working. (PC)

    A reason to run both is when a killer slugs you, then thinks you have DS and just waits on top of you for the timer to expire.
