Should Ranks have prestige?

The use of a prestige for ranks are useless or even counter-intuitive, seeming how:

1. We already have Devotion for our levels, which is DBD's prestige
2. Matchmaking is broken enough, and would most likely create longer queue times (IF you're speaking of matching prestige 1 people with prestige 1 people, etc...)
