Question about Cheryl’s lore.

So Cheryl’s lore states that she has been working at a Crisis Intervention Center for three months after the events of Silent Hill 3, she receives a call from Claudia and is then brought into the Entity’s realm. My question is that I’m confused on why she is still wearing the clothes she wore during the events of Silent Hill 3 if she was brought into the realm months after, did she just happen to be wearing the same clothes that day? The lore states that she starts to spit up blood before being taken into the realm, and the picture DBD gives us shows blood dripping out of Cheryl’s mouth. Her regular cosmetics descriptions also says that she kept that flashlight as a “good luck charm”, implying that she could of brought it with her everywhere she went and not just in SH3. Another reason why I’m confused was that DBD gave us cosmetics for what she looked like during those three months (Starting Over and Moving On) and those two cosmetics shows that she grew out her hair during that time, so did she just happen to cut her hair around that time? If my theory is correct and she just happened to be wearing the same clothes/cut her hair three months later, that would explain why she doesn’t have the blood stains on her vest that she had during SH3.

    Good point though. Maybe The Entity just gave Cheryl her initial appearance as a memory of what happened. Kind of like what it does with maps. Just a recreation of a dark moment in history.
