New Winter Event/Killer?

I always had an idea of a killer or event where all maps would be snowy and icy. This makes it difficult to walk around. Not only that a new set of perks like hypothermia, where you have to warm up after getting injured near a campfire. Or a chilling perk that makes everyone slow down on work, healing, etc... except near campfires. This adds a new utilization to campfires around the map instead of decorations.
