Is it okay to spend blood points on the spirit? Will i keep it when i get the DLC or will i lose all progress on her?

    Everything you do in the ptb doesn’t carry over.

    Its just a test server. Everything you do wont affect your current profile. (You dont lose BP, you dont get BP, you dont get levels, you dont lose ranks, you dont gain ranks etc etc)
