I put on a midwich offering but got crotus prenn, whats the likelyhood of this happening

Zero chance this occurs normally, it's happening because your offering didn't get applied. This has been going on since last week's patch, without any acknowledgement.

It might be happening due to an overflow error since the Silent Hill map already has an increased chance.
