Should I even worry about doing this event?
I mean Behavior just proved that if I wait a couple months they'll just give it to me without me having to f*** with this event so why should I even bother?

B/c there is no guarantee that they will. You can always take the chance that you'll be able to get it after the event or get them now. + This is the easiest event that they've ever had.

but if that was the case that they wanted to give it to everybody because of the shotty save system. Then only give it to people that had Accounts at that time not every scrublord that showing the game since then.

Yeah, i would like some clarification as well.
Quote from Dev's patch notes "We have moved away from exclusive items in recent years and want to continue the trend of making cosmetics available to everyone equally".
They gave away my event items for free that i earned, so it's only fair to everyone that they do the same with these.
That said, cosmetics on the battlepass are locked behind a paywall and are only available for a limited time. Would also like to know if i can purchase sets after.
But highly doubt they will give us an answer and just do what they want while giving poor excuses afterwards.

Pretty sure they said the cosmetics from the rift would go to the store after 6 months-a year. Could be wrong though.

The new cosmetics kinda suck so unless you like then I wouldnt bother. You don't get anything does picking up the crown anyway. Hope more people realise that so I dont have half a team running around doing nothing for 5 minutes

No, one of the moderators or developers said themselves that they don't know what can happen, so they can potentially come back.

Actually, all of the archives cosmetics release in the store 6 months after release and only charms stay exclusive.

I say yes. The reason the Summer BBQ and Howling Grounds(?) event items were given out was because the save systems were faulty and had lots of errors, this caused many players to lose the earned event items or never receive them at all. The Devs tried to give back all the missing cosmetics but there was a pretty ludicrous week when the forums was filled with “I have 2 cosmetics from ___ event” or “I’m still missing my cosmetics from ____ these Devs are awful”. The save system has improved vastly so that there is a very VERY slim chance of any progress being deleted and even then it’s likely not to do with the server (not counting Rank Update Errors here because it’s a toss of a coin whether you earn those bloodpoints or not).
Thess event items are likely very much exclusive. If you don’t want the “stupid halos” then you could always farm the 4th Anniversary items and offerings- I can guarantee that those won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Its possible they may give them away in the future anything can happen but it's also possible they follow the same suit as the more recent events and will be available to buy in the store only for those that may have missed out.
