Streetwise doesn't mention being restricted to the effects of one streetwise at a time.

If Streetwise stacks, and everyone runs the commodious toolbox with addons to make the total charges 52... is the old-school toolbox genrush strat back?

Streetwise is 25%, if all 4 then 100% slowdown rate. 52 charges turns to 104 charges per survivor?!
