Need more information mate.
If it's archive related get to a high enough tier and buy the pass if you dont have it already. If you want the deathslinger crown play as him and collect the crown in a match.

The Anniversary skin correct? Should be able to just log in and get each piece per day or whenever they roll out. I'm on ps4 and it seems to be working with the head.

They will give out the anniversary skins throughout the whole event. There are some dates where you can specifically obtain Deathslinger pieces:
