Prestige makes it so you get no event items.
Is this seriously a bug? Or is it just the ONLY TIME where that "better item" percentage is coming into play because it technically considers event items inferior due to price?
I have leveled 6 times with one of my P3 characters at lvl 50 and haven't gotten a SINGLE event item other than the offering.

I have Cheryl at P1 as of yesterday and have gotten multiple med-kits, a TON of cakes, and a few flashlights.
Doesn't appear that this is a bug. If it is, only few players are experiencing it. Keep trying to level your character and see if you get anything.

Again, I GOT OFFERINGS. No items.
Hell I even have ALL perks on the one so that is 4 more slots items can spawn in.
Spent 300,000 BP and didn't get a single event item while adding Cheryls perks onto my finished Meg.

Sounds unlucky. I had two of my p3 survivors primed for the event, so that I only had 1 item left to purchase in the bloodweb, got a cake and a medkit for each in the 1st event bloodweb.

I spent one million bloodpoints on a P3 Ace. I got as shitton of offerings but only 4 medkits and a single flashlight. Feels kinda bad as I was hoping to be able to stock up on flashlights. :(
What kind of rarity is to be expected?

My P3 Yui got 25 Cakes, 3 Medkits and 6 Flashlights in 50 Bloodwebs.

I’ve been putting some points into my fourteen P3 killers on PC and get ‘at least’ one cake a web. Last year survivors got fewer cakes per web but I didn’t put any time into survivor yesterday to check it out.

I've had maybe 3 Medkits and 2 Flashlights out of around 1M BP spent. I got tons of cakes though so I guess the items are just either bugged, or super rare, which makes no sense since they're just basic items with a flashy effect.

I have Heather at P2 and I was getting multiple event items on most of my Bloodwebs past level 20.
Unless it's a bug specific with P3, I don't think anything is going on; all event items have the same rarity ('event' rarity) and Bloodweb rarity isn't actual rarity, it's how many rarity 'slots' of that rarity exist. For example with 2 Ultra Rare slots you get 2 Moris, a Mori and an Iridescent Head, or 2 Iridescent Heads.
If you're getting cakes, which are the same rarity, you should also be able to get event items. It's most likely that the RNG is just giving you the same thing repeatedly.

This sounds like what happens to me. I think the lame prestige system which is supposed to give a higher percentage of good items. For some reason considers the event items trash. Why the OTHER 3,000 BP items are so much more common than event items that I DO NOT know. I have no theory for that one.

The event offerings spawn in every tree don't they? The 3,000 mystery boxes also seem to have a very good chance of being the event offering. Going by what people are saying on here it seems at the very least event items are WAY more rare for prestige characters and that obviously can't be intended?

Yes, but that doesn't keep the other event slots from being items. You will get a ton of Gateaus, but that shouldn't keep you from getting items too.
If other people are noticing a lack of items on P3 characters though maybe it is a bug. This is DbD after all.

I don't understand why they don't just replace yellow medkits and flashlights during the event. They are literally the same item.

I had p3 level 50 before the event started on cheril. I spent a million on her.
I got 36 anniversary cakes.
Then just 3 medkits and 2 flashlights.
I think they have to fix that too, maybe because they're over pink quality, probably a bug makes them harder to find for some reason.
