So only original characters get the crowns and its only on their default head

But EVERYONE gets charms. So I'm assuming the only reason Bill can wear a chibi Claudette charm on his hip but not a halo above his head is the fact that the halo is classified as a head. If it was a charm you could use it on any character and with any skin
