The Chase System Problem

First, sorry for bad English.

So in some maps, i see a survivor and he/she sees me, but the game just don't understand that I want to enter a chase with survivor. You'll say, that's okay you don't lose anything. Actually, I do.

Like, when I want to enter a chase but the system don't understand it, the survivor just use the vault forever. Normally, the Entity blocks the way if the survivor uses the vault 3 times to prevent this situations. But the system don't understands this and survivor loops me again and again and again!

Did you guys have this problem too? If you have a solution please tell me.

Edit: Oh, also: sometimes I don't see any survivor, but the music just pops and I understand that there is a survivor. That's not fair man.
