Move the crown to charms category?

Instead of creating a new cosmetic slot for such cosmetics, why not move it to charms category? To me it still counts as a charm even tho its floating next to your head, that way there can created other similar charms that are floating next to you like birds or other stuff. Plus people who dont like the default head cosmetic can wear such charms on their desired selected head cosmetic.

    Also if it was a charm even licensed characters could have it

    I would like it. People who got to the end of the rift can't show off their Feng hair and wear the crown.
