Kill Switch update: We have temporarily disabled The Artist in the Event queue while we work to fix an issue causing players' game to crash. The Artist will be re-enabled once the issue is fixed.

I don't know if any staff/devs ever read the forums, but if they see this I want to say this:


Thank you for the announcement. 1-2 weeks might seem a lot to fix such a minor but impactful bug, but at least you acknowledged its existence


But you obviously knew about it from Day1. Would it have hurt to release the announcement right there and then? It would have saved thousands of people a lot of trouble and frustration.


But that announcement IS a step in the right direction. Your absolute lack of transparency and the heavy disregard for the playerbase has been kind of sad over the past years. You should read the forums more often, listen to the grievances of the players and announce more often and early that you know about these grievances, whether you're ever gonna do something about them and if so, what.
