I was just wondering if the 4th year event crown cosmetics will be given to everyone in a few months like how the hound mask and some other stuff was given to everyone (that would kinda suck for all of us who worked for the cosmetics lol)

That was different to what has happened now. Back then they didn't have as good as a database as they do now, so I highly doubt that in a few months or even years, will they give it out.
