Hey,

I try to get better with my hag (i am rank 6 and spirit main) and played it since a few days. But i think 75% of the matches are swf Groups and a few matches there Was OoO...

So could you help me to win against them? Or Maybe hook more than one or two?

They destroy my traps every time, most of the time there is one to loop the killer and if I ignore him, He runs behind me and destroy my traps.

At the beginning i Set my Web but then, they destroy it or i got one and the Web is used.

How to get time to Set a second Web in the midgame?

Thanks a lot 👍

If theres a team doing the strat youre talking about you need to hook that person. Zone them and push them towards your traps, once theyre in your web youre no longer getting looped and once theyre on the hook you just reset your traps.

Its also a good idea to have a few on hand so while youre chasing that looper you can put a trap down and catch them with it shortening the loop.

I wont claim to be the best hag player though

    Curse of wisdom.

I would look up how to make a strong web with the hag. You can't control the whole map. All that matters are those last few gens, depending on which map you're on you can definitely control half a map with a good web though.

If you really want to hardcore wreck them I'd recommend practicing with shackles. You should be able to curb stomp most swf, even more difficult ones when they can never be sure if they activated a trap. Combine that with long grass like a trapper and they'll have a hell of a time even if they got a great set of eyes. Zero feedback for the survivors. Are they really popping any traps? Is it even dangerous to be here? Oh god Hag! It does have the downside of also giving the hag little information. Traps will often go off and mostly it's the aura colour change that is the most reliable way to tell a trap activated. The sound que is a heck of a lot easier to miss with shackles especially with chase music.

Aside from that make sure you aren't just blinking to traps willy nilly. You'll never blink and hit someone intentionally activating them. What you can do however is position yourself so you can zone them from safety by keeping the phantom up. Sandwich them as much as you can to put them in a lose lose situation. Step too close to the phantom and slap city, come to close to you ends the same way. They are coming for your traps, that means you know where they'll be coming to, position accordingly. Very effective even if you can't keep a web up and it's one of the things that makes hag a pallet powerhouse. Some duration addons and set speed addons go a long way for this strat.

Thanks, but it is Not easy to get the one who wants to get chased. Most of the time they Do 3 Gens since i got hin. And what to Do then?

One is doing Gens again, one on the hook and one ore two try to rescue. And the one doing Gens can destroy my traps because i cant go to far from the hook.

Almost every game i kill the people on the hook after All Gens are done.

At the beginning or in the midgame i just Hit them or hook them 1st time.

Ok i have at least 2 or 3 Red ranks in my game, the juke me if I will Attack and i Do very Hard to Hit them. Some idea i can prevent or how to Do against juking?

The best time to get someone who's following you to get chased is a well timed chase flip. If they continue to try and take agro while chasing someone else, still trying to pop traps, you need to very carefully time flipping to them suddenly. I'm not sure how good your tile knowledge is but you should be able to judge the exact moment they are somewhere that leaves them completely open and it's impossible to make it to safety. It's garenteed to happen if they keep following a chase and using audio to track their location while not looking at them is important. Once you injure them they'll likely stop popping traps for a time which lets you web up while finishing whichever chase you choose to target. You really do need to practice mid chase trapping as well. No one should last that long against hag as you can't loop hag, every loop should just sandwich them between you and the trap garenteeing a hit.
