We need the clickable profile back
I had a game today, with a nice David that had "Any means necessary" too. NOBODY uses it except us, we had a great time playing and doing unique plays, but when I wanted to add him to my list of friends, it was impossible. I couldnt check his profile, I couldnt check him on recent games played. How do you expect that we continue building this community without any chance of adding friends? All my friends on DBD were made because we had the chance of adding people, I event talk to 2 of them on whatsapp because I was able to add people after game.}
Deathgarden died for this, please dont follow that path.

Exactly. I don't know if this is a bug or a new "feature" (or lack of, rather) but even beyond that friend thing, what if you want to get somebody's steam ID for a report? I don't know, I just don't understand how something like this exists in the game since the new patch and still hasn't gotten taken care of. Seems like quite the oversight if this is an intended thing.

It's working again on PS4 at least. We can click on their names to get to their profiles again. Don't know about Xbox, and don't understand why PC wouldn't be working either.

It's most likely a bug, since in the 4.0.0 PTB, they added a separate 'view profile' button when you click on the player's name.

Its something we are looking into.
You can still access some profiles by going into the settings (while you are on the end screen) and click the tab "match details". From there you can click the profiles.

Thank you for a reply, sucks we can't report a killer that way either.
Some Legacy killers have came out from the shadows and some friends of mine are questioning their legitimacy.

If you dont see you cant complain you dont know if they were SWF so problem solved - Dev philosophy to the problem.
