What's taking so long?
I've submitted a ticket. Its been more 16 days, there's still no response to my ticket. I'm truly disappointed with this delay. I don't know any other game where it takes so long for the initial response to a ticket. Can any mod shed any light to what is happening with my ticket? Will it be responded to?
It's a technical issue I'm facing with matchmaking on PS4 for quite a while. It is literally making the game unplayable and unfun for me. Kindly respond.

If it's because you are facing red rank players when you are rank 20 (as an example) yeah I'd say wait for the new MMR

The support team has a long list of tickets to go through. They try to get to open tickets as soon as they can. Ill have to ask you be patient as they work their way down the list.
Please keep in mind that if you respond to your own ticket it will take a bit longer for them to get to you, since it will put you back at the end of the queue.

This might also be a duplicated issue which has already been reported, therefore having a lower priority. And hellyeah, look at the ticket number and ask again about "what takes so long"

Hello, thank you for your response. I have waited patiently since I first opened the ticket on June 13th. I haven't added any messages or replies to my orignal query. I feel, 16 days are just too long to respond to any ticket.

That ticket number is from the day Dead By Daylight started. Its been 4 years. My first ticket was 3 years ago, my ticket number was 65k and 2 years ago, it was at 227k.

No, it's not that. It's a sudden shift in servers for my location. Earlier, players from my region were getting connected to a server that was close to us, with 30 ping. Since June 8, we're getting connected to players from far away, with average ping between 160-200. It's a considerable increase and just unplayable with this kind of lag. As a killer, I'm getting unfair advantage, and as a survivor, I'm getting disadvantaged like getting hit through pallets or from miles away.

I know it is an ongoing number. But the number says 134k tickets per year on average, or 367 per day

I sent some report (cheating, botting, etc.) to BHVR including video URL over half a year ago but the number of view had never increased even once, so I don't trust their support team.
