Hook that doesn't hook (?)

in Bug Reporting

There is a hook in the Saloon map that has a rock in front of it that acts like an obstacle and you cant hook people in it.

it's one of the outer hooks in the middle of the fields, i forgot to take a screen, i will add it in further matches

    This one. Usually there is a hook directly in front of this rock, i tried all the angles, but you can never hook the person you are carrying
