How am I supposed to put in a meaningful report for a player intentionally throwing and then mocking everyone after the game since "naming and shaming" is against the rules?
edit: you know what, forget it. doesnt matter

Naming and shaming is only against the rules when posting discussions, not when sending in a report to the devs. Your fully allowed to tell the devs the names of the people your trying to report for whatever reason.

You've got to use the in-game reporting system or the support site to report players -- not the forum.
