I don't understand....
Going on these forums you can clearly see that much of the community complains about tunneling and camping issues. Sure they're valid strategies (if you want to call them that), but they make being a survivor extremely frustrating some times, especially as a solo queue player.
So when the new killer came out wouldn't you think that they would make one that promoted going after different/multiple people? But no, Pyramid Head is the best tunneler in the game. If you are affected by torment and are hooked, in my experience they'll often proxy-camp and go straight back for that person simply because there is nothing from stopping him. He downs them and sends them to a cage, and boom, 2 hook states in the matter of a minute.
I'm not saying Pyramid Head is overpowered by any means, although his power often doesn't leave you many choices, but his playstyle is simply not fun go against, and IMO is not healthy for the game.

Again, you’re judging a playstyle from your opponent. I admit, he can definitely tunnel better. But this isn’t Dorito Head’s fault, it’s the player using him, please try to acknowledge that not everyone plays the same.
I play PC and PS4, have for almost the entirety of DBD’s duration. Trust me when I say, although he’s very much a viable killer, his power is the absolute easiest to counter aside from bear traps or Hag traps in an indoor map. Even tunneling, a very defeatable killer.

Yea, nobody likes being camped or tunneled, but you're fooling yourself if you think PH can do it that much better than other killers.
Sure, he can cancel out popular survivor 2nd chance perks. Now what's worse between that, or going against a basement Bubba with Insidious?
What about Billy who can go from one end of the map to the other in just a couple seconds with his chainsaw (which is also an instant down that prevents people from bodyblocking from full health state)?
What about Trapper, who can set traps all over an area and not leave, which makes it practically impossible for any save to be made without him knowing because of his trap snapping sound effect?
What about Hag who can teleport from a huge distance when her traps are triggered, which also lets her ignore BT if she teleports from far enough, and allows her to camp while also making use of hook perks like Make Your Choice or Devour Hope?
There's so many killers that can camp and be annoying. While yes, PH can cancel certain perks, he's not even that bad to play against otherwise. He has a projectile that's completely possible to dodge that also gives him like a 4 second stun just for missing it, his trail only works if you let it work, and otherwise he's just really an M1 killer. I much prefer going against PH than a moderately competent Billy or Hag or basement build Leatherface or something because with those killers I know there's absolutely no way I'm getting away if they want me dead. With PH even if he cages you, at the very least it sends you away and gives you some time before the killer actually gets to you.
I just don't think the whole tunneling and whatnot complaints against him are all that valid. If people really hate tunneling and camping that much, there's much worse killers to complain about that can down people much more quickly. Hell, I'd even argue that if somebody is good at Nurse that they can camp like hell too. Against a good Nurse, not only are you not going to be let go once you get hooked, but you won't even be able to win the chase in the first place because you can't really get away from a Nurse that knows what they're doing.

See, when I saw how PHead played, I saw a killer capable of creating pressure in multiple areas of the map simultaneously by combining hooks with cages when each made sense. That's how I play him. The people who wanted to tunnel though...they saw a tunneler. Doesn't mean that's how he was expected or intended to be played, and I still say Bubba does a better job of that.
