How are we supposed to report people with no ability to get to someones profile on steam?

BHVR has said they can't do anything without that information, so if we're being prevented from getting it does that mean we're not supposed to report stuff anymore?

    If you report in game, and then send a support ticket with your Steam ID, they should be able to find the match in question.
