Unpopular opinion (?) : Empathy is better than Bond
After running both perks in multiple matches, I definitely prefer Empathy over Bond. It especially helps a lot when you have a healing daily to do.

I prefer Bond over Empathy; but in solo games, I prefer Kindred over both of them.

Bond is regarded as the superior perk due to not having any limitations or requirements.
It's a perk that lets you see survivor auras from 44 meters max without them having to be injured. Aftercare is great too, but it's only valuable at tiers 2 and 3, and the reset function really lets the perk down.

I prefer Bond honestly. While it has a short range, it doesn't require anyone to get hurt in order for me to see them. I can also hide from the Killer if I see my teammate running in my direction or continue to work through a gen if I see that they are keeping the Killer busy.

I don't have Jeff, so I can't argue with that.
I also really like Kindred. I use it sometimes together with Borrowed Time and Deliverance, to make sure I get that safe unhook.
I found the information coming only from injured survivors more valuable tho. It also helps me, just like Bond, see if the killer is busy with someone else, but on a bigger radius. Very good counter against Prayer Beads Spirit or Jumpscare Myers.

I like empathy more than bond because it's like 60+ meters. So I can see people a lot further away. It's a lot of info. Kindred is better than both though.

Depends on how you use it. I personally use Bond with Spine Chill to tell me if someone's getting chased near me or if it's time to GTFO.

I completely agree. When it gets going, it is really useful for everyone.

Aftercare tells you who your friends are.

IMO your goal when getting chased is to not run to teamates doing gens. Most of the time people on gens are uninjured. Bond helps for that reason alone. And can 100% help each member of your team each time u get chased.
My opinion on empathy. U use it to avoid the person getting chased from running into you.. but theres a 1 out of 3 chance of it being you. Which causes it to lose most of its value if you are very far away

True, but you can kinda tell with bond sometimes as well, like when they get hit, u see their neck bend over. Or if they are running and looking backwards, throwing pallets etc.

I always liked Empathy better and use it almost all the time. It has many different uses, seeing where hurt survivors are to heal them or to just know where they are and what they are doing and of course, if someone gets hurt, it shows and you know where the killer is. Also, the range is not as limited as Bond.

I'm on the Kindred train as well, but between empathy and bond I prefer bond. The reason is that it enables you to make the game for the whole team easier whilst youre in a chase. You can easily see where your team is working on gens and run the killer in the opposite direction, making their patrol route longer and not interrupting gen progress.
A 2 minute chase is worthless if during those two minutes you kept interrupting your teammates and nothing got done. That;s why I prefer being able to see healthy teammates at a shorter range over being able to see injured teammates over a longer range

I much prefer Bond. No conditions attached to it.

idk spine chill with bond to me seems kind of usless because you can see the person getting chased around and if you hear the terror radius getting louder and the surviver is going away its obvious.

The killer can always break off a chase, and Spine Chill is just great in it's own right. It just so happens that the two can combine in this way.

+1 vote for Kindred.
It's just a super awesome full ranged Bond when someone's on hook allowing for much better solo communication to do other objectives. Bond is nice to do gens. but if you're using it to hide from killer - might as well put on full Claud cosplay x). Then Aftercare above Empathy.
Kindred -> Bond -> Aftercare -> Empathy

I prefer bond... compare what each tells you.
Bond gives you location of any survivors in your area. Empathy is pretty much most useful when a chase is initiated: you know exactly where survivor and killer is during chase. If they’re across map you know you’re safe true... but if no heart beat and someone just got injured you know that they’re not in your area as well without a perk.
Run bond, open handed, kindred and spine chill. Can maybe swap something for aftercare or alert.
You will pretty much always know where everyone (including killer) is. At least in general.
See someone injured but not “being chased (running, vaulting, dropping pallets, looping)” then you might not know exactly where they are BUT you know they are not in your general location/area.
Open handed with kindred is almost busted. A killer cannot proxy camp at all without it being known to you. Plus you have aura on them for almost 10 seconds as the leave hook.
