We're complaining about Deliverance? Why wasn't I notified?

"Good" is a stretch on the killer perks. Interesting to be sure, but nothing worth goes out of your way to get.3
-
I must have missed the "good" killer perks...

I agree. Those perks for survivor is garbage. I guess we still will be see in the matches adrenaline, self care, sprint burst and decisive strike

The resident Undying Killer Main Spokesperson has commented and said this is fake news.2

I guess I'm missing how the healing perk is garbage. Get full stacks on that and you're almost insta-healing people. That's actually the best survivor perk in the bunch. I'm actually a little worried it might be slightly OP

I am a Killer main that actually thinks Deliverance is a good perk, it can only be USED ONCE
only idiots and biased people would complain
Distraction needs alot of buff, should have multiple charges
Autodidact also needs some slight buff, no one will use it honestly

I want other killers to play, unbelievable that this game actually has 13 killers.....

It can "only used once" worked great in the past, right?
That was the argument about BT and it was a pain in the rear and got changed.
It is still the argument about DS and it is still an OP perk that annoys most killer player.
So it can "only be used once" is NOT a real good argument.
Once per match? Ok.
But in reality it is once per survivor.3 -
What are you talking about?
Spirit Fury is good, but H:HG and Rancor are mediocre at absolute best.
Meanwhile Deliverance is fantastic and Autodidact is borderline broken.
Distraction right now is useless but will be great for juke/stealth builds if they fix the "explosion" being too far off the ground.1 -
Console player here so I unfortunately cannot try the PTB but does Autodidact stack with botany knowledge?0

Doesn't really seem that good overall to be honest. You need to unhook another person safely to even use it and using this perk pretty much ensures you are getting hooked at some point. Afterwards you can't heal for a minute so overall the perk is pretty meh. Doesn't hurt the killer too much either since for this perk to come into play they have at least gotten two fresh hooks by now.
In my honest opinion this perk should inform other survivors somehow that you have this perk available. So if it's really necessary you can unhook yourself without other survivors wasting time. Main reason I believe that is if you're in an SWF they know anyway but solo players to my knowledge won't know. At least if there's an indication of a survivor using this perk I haven't noticed it / and or am completely blind and missed it.
Either way I probably missed the thread but I'd be surprised if anyone actually thought the perk was worth replacing their normal builds outside of gimmicky builds.

If they use for anything else than simply preventing themselves from struggling at the last second they're crazy anyway, considering the broken effect.
If someone actually gets to that 2v1 endgame scenario without getting hooked once then hey, they must've done something right by either avoiding the killer or actually breaking chase. If they jump off and hatch out they actually "worked" for the chance of doing so by not getting slapped on the hook earlier.0 -

Autodidact does not need a buff it amazing it pretty much turns skill check into a styptic agent. plus it can be combined with botany for even better results. how else go expect them to buff it without making overpowered.
If people don't use it they miss out on an amazing medic perk.
Also keep in mind it completely counters anti heal builds.Post edited by Volfawott on1 -

Stop being hypocrites, thanksWe were complaining about one of the new survivor perks? Why tho they're all fun and why did nobody tell me?

I dunno, I think all the perks are pretty decent. Maybe not top tier meta shifting, but they're all worth using. I wouldn't want anything to be so good that everyone uses it anyway.
Spirit fury? Dope. Doper with Enduring.
Haunted Ground? Awesome. Makes totems risky for survivors.
Rancor? Neat. Not really powerful, but good if you have a hard time finding survivors.
Diversion? Fantastic. You can throw a rock at someone.
Deliverance? Cool. You can guaranteed unhook yourself sometimes.
Audidact? I mean it's like having an infinite supply of styptic agents. Throw on spine chill and heal like it's going out of style.1 -
Autodidact's probably the only survivor perk I like in particular, except the skill checks can be sparse so it's kind of risky. Deliverance is meh.

But in reality it is once per survivor. They are guaranteed off the hook anyway unless you are camping, you just need to down them which they are broken for set seconds, put them on a hook now they are in struggle phase
Also, if they get down before they managed to save someone, they wasted their perk
it's not an overpowered perk/ free escape like DS nor BT so please don't compare to that
now as for Slippery meat, that needs to get buff or changed since this replaces it
