Maze Runner Chapter: The Killzone Experiment
Preface: Before someone brings it up, I'll say that that I am fully aware that the killer for this chapter does not abide by Dead By Daylight's humanoid rule. However, I wanted to try and adapt it into DBD anyways, as it is a monster from on of my all time favorite books: Maze Runner. So this is more of a challenge for me to adapt characters/creatures from an IP that an enjoy, more than a suggestion that this should be in the game. With that being said, enjoy.
New Chapter: The Killzone Experiment
New Killer: The Griever
Speed: 4.6m/s / 115%
Terror Radius:32 Meters
Weapon: Metal Claw
Ability 1: Roll
The Griever curls up into a ball to move quicker throughout the map. While in this ball, The Griever moves at 150% movement speed. The Griever cannot attack in this form and it takes two seconds to swap between forms. At the start of this transformation, The Griever’s movement speed is 90% and returns to 115% by the end of the swap. If The Griever runs into a pallet, it breaks the pallet and automatically returns to its default form. After returning to the default form this way, it’s movement speed is reduced to 85% and returns to 115% over the course of 6 seconds. If a pallet is dropped on The Griever while it is in this form, it automatically breaks the pallet, returns to its default form and is stunned for 4 seconds.
Ability 2: Assault Roll
Once every minute, The Griever can perform an Assault Roll. When performing an assault roll, The Griever instantly swaps back to its default form and continues to move at 150% movement speed. This movement speed is reduced to 115% over the course of 3 seconds.
Ability 3: Sting
The Griever Stings a survivor that is in the dying state with a deadly disease. Once a stung survivor has been rescued from the dying state or unhooked, a countdown starts and the aura of the furthest survivor that is not hooked is revealed. This highlighted survivor possesses the cure. The survivor that carries the cure is notified that they possess the cure. The Griever does not know which survivor possesses the cure. This cure must be given to the stung survivor within 2 minutes or they will die. This countdown is paused while the stung survivor is hooked or in the dying state. After being cured, the cured survivor enters a one minute period of rage. While enraged, the survivor will scream out in rage, revealing their location for every 15 seconds they are within 12 meters of another survivor.

Map: The Glade
The Glade is a square shaped outdoor map with a few structures that can be entered. There are two sections of the map with heavy plant life at opposing corners: the deadheads forest and the gardens. In one corner is the homestead, a large two story building with a kitchen, dining hall and bunk rooms. At the opposing corner is the animal pens, which has a series of fences that are just tall enough to hide behind if you are crouching. At the center is the lift, which primarily serves as a landmark. Near the lift is the map room, a one story storage room. The basement can spawn in either the homestead or the map room. Ginormous exit gates will always spawn at opposite ends of each other.
