New Survivor Idea: Dallas Roadagain
Dallas was a simple man dragged into a mess he never wanted to be in. His 3 teachable perks: "Quick Draw", "Shot in the Dark" and "One in the Chamber" allows Dallas to use powerful effects if he can succeed at skill checks.
-------------
Lore
Dallas started out as a country boy living in Texas, living with his mother on their farm, after their father left them for unknown reasons. Dallas was never that much different from most boys and girls of his age, being someone what shy. Though he did have a particular fascination with the wild west. As all young boys wanted, he wanted to grow up to be a cowboy.
Soon enough after Dallas was old enough, he moved into the big city for some time, and lived there for most of his life before returning to the country side. He at first only bought himself a personal handgun for safety, however soon bought more and more guns during his time in the city, becoming a gun collector of sorts. He practiced with them, and used them on home made targets he himself made. He thought that his life, despite being somewhat lonely, was perfect enough.
One day, while Dallas was home he herd the sound of glass break. He knew that something was wrong and thus, grabbed one of his guns and went out into the living room. As he was rounding the corner, he got hit in the head with a pipe as he laid there fading in and out of consciousness, he heard one of the robbers say something and he heard the sound of a gun cocking. At that very moment he knew that this was how he died.
Instead of the sweet embrace of death however, Dallas only felt the soft wind touch him as mist surrounded him, and before he knew it, he awoke in a field of sorts. He felt a calming warmth of a fire as he sat on a log and waited for someone, anyone to come.

Quick Draw
Your gun handling skills outmatch most people, and know when to pull the trigger at the right time.
When working on a generator within 36 meters of the killer, if you manage to land a Great skill check, you'll gain a burst of speed when running that lasts for 4 seconds.
Causes the Exhausted Effect for 60/50/40 seconds.
You do not recover from Exhaustion while running.
---------------------
Shot in the Dark
While in a Locker, you can initiate a difficult skill check by pressing the primary action key. Getting a good skill check will reveal the aura of all survivors to you for 5 seconds while also revealing all totems within 30 meters of you. Landing a great Skill check will reveal the killers aura to you for 10 seconds, while revealing also revealing all totems on the map for 3 seconds. Has a cooldown of 50/40/30 seconds.

One in the Chamber
Sometimes people must take risks to win it all.
While injured, you can initiate a Tremendously difficult skill check. Successfully doing the Skill check will heal you up back 1 health state, however will give you the "Hindered" status effect for 60/50/40 seconds. This cannot be activated while in a chase, noir when within 10 meters of the Killer.
If you fail the skill check, you are downed instantly. If you are brought back to the Injured state by another survivor, for the next 15 seconds any damage taken that would put the you into the Dying State will instead apply the "Deep wound" status effect but also have your aura revealed to the killer for 5 seconds after doing so.
if you take any damage while affected by Deep Wound or if its timer ends, you're immediately put into the Dying State

I like the first perk.
I think Shot in the Dark needs a bit of more risk.
Say, if you fail the skill check, you will trigger Killer instinct or something like that. It shouldn't reveal your position outright. But should give you some form of slap on the wrist if you mess it up. Other wise, i also like it.
One in the Chamber also sounds fun. But Why the second Borrowed Time-esc effect. I don't think that is needed tbh. Rather, make it that your aura can not be show to the killer if you are downed via One in the Chamber. That way, if a friend is close, you can be rescued before the killer even finds you.
Over all. Not bad.
