Hyperthreading Off vs On [+20 FPS]

I did some testing with Intel's HT On and Off and my results seem very crazy.

CPU: i7-3770 @3.7GHz

GPU: GTX 1070

MOBO: Asus B75M-A

DBD Grapics: Ultra


Hyperthreading On (4 cores 8 threads)

So what is going on here? I've tried like 10 times and I always got 10-20 more FPS.

In all the other games I gained more FPS from turning HT On.
